1. **Harassment and Threats:** Representatives of these lending institutions have subjected me to relentless harassment and threats, including death threats and intimidation tactics, causing significant distress and fear for my safety.
2. **Privacy Breaches:** Lemon Loan (Andali Cash), PesoGo VIP, OKPeso, Quickla, Pesso Buffet, Cash Cano, Motorcycle Loan, VPlus, PinoyPeso, Pesohere, Light Kredit, FastCash VIP, EasyPeso, PesoCash, IPeso VIP, Fast Pera, Happy Pera, and Peso Plus have unlawfully accessed my contacts without consent, breaching my privacy rights and exposing individuals who have no association with the lending application to potential risks.
3. **Misleading Loan Terms:** Despite contractual agreements specifying a loan term of 105 days, these lending institutions have unilaterally altered the terms upon approval, reducing the loan duration to an unreasonably short period of 7 days. This deceptive practice constitutes a breach of trust.
4. **Hidden Charges and Exorbitant Interest Rates:** Lemon Loan (Andali Cash), PesoGo VIP, OKPeso, Quickla, Pesso Buffet, Cash Cano, Motorcycle Loan, VPlus, PinoyPeso, Pesohere, Light Kredit, FastCash VIP, EasyPeso, PesoCash, IPeso VIP, Fast Pera, Happy Pera, and Peso Plus impose exorbitant interest rates and hidden charges on borrowers, which are not transparently disclosed at the time of application. These predatory lending practices exploit vulnerable individuals and perpetuate cycles of debt and financial instability.
