This is in regards to a complaint raised on PostPe bank and it’s staff

Named – Vikash Verma as per True caller
This person has called myself my wife my father in law my brother in law my mother law My aunt in law and my Office colleague abusing them with bad languages (he said he will slap my Sister law my mother in law and abused my office colleague)
We had taken credit line and payment was done until 1st time in this month. I received other calls from post pay and I did receive an exception to May the payment by 30th May 23 to make the payment as I had shared my father in law and brother in law surgery related problems. But this guy kept calling everyone saying I have shared all these numbers as reference but I never shared. In fact I pressume he has unauthorised access to phone contacts and reached out to office colleague threatening her as he abused her as well
I would like to take strict action against this back and this employee at the earliest based on the harassment he has caused to my family and my office colleague.
