I had taken a loan of ₹44,000 from the company. However, the company is now demanding ₹64,000, which is 40% higher than the borrowed amount. This is unfair, exploitative, and amounts to harassment.
The company and its recovery agents have been:
Calling me repeatedly.
Contacting my relatives.
Threatening me with legal action and court notices.
Adding to my distress, my father is currently hospitalized and I am already under extreme financial and emotional stress. The company’s behavior is further worsening my situation and causing mental harassment.
