Hello, my name is Nikita Abraham. I am raising this concern of Paytm postpaid account, which is due. I lost my job 3months back, at the moment I am having medical issues, related to stress and anxiety. I have old parents to take care. I have never denied to not paying them back, however inspite of keeping the manager and executives informed about my situation, i have ppl coming to my residence and forced me to sign and write a document. I failed to make the payment as I am going through a difficult phase of my life, i have other financial commitments to sort out as well. When I asked them to go legally, they denied. Unable to sleep or concentrate on my responsibilities. They are not willing to sort out the issue amicably, they want to create drama and reach their targets. The manager and executives are not able to co-operate and sort out. I am denying the dues, i am willing to pay back in installments, all i asked them was time to restore my health and finances. I am having mental stress. Kindly look into this concern immediately.
