THEY HAVE GIVEN ME PAYTM POSTPAID SERVICE ( LIMIT Rs. 4000 ). THAT I HAVE TO PAY WITH IN A MONTH . OTHERWISE THEY CHARGE Rs 500 EXTRA AS LATE FEE.
FROM PAST 3 MONTHS I AM TRYING TO PAY IN TIME , BUT THEY HAVE PROBLEM IN THERE APP AND DUE TO WHICH I AM NOT ABLE TO PAY . I HAVE SCREENSHOTS AND I HAVE RAISED COMPLAINT TICKETS FOR THE SAME . THEY DONT RESOLVE THAT PROBLEM . EVEN NO ONE FROM THE COMPANY CONTACTS ME FOR THE PROBLEM. THEN WHEN DUE DATE CROSSES , CUSTOMER CARE CALLS ME AGAIN AND AGAIN AND SEND ME A LINK FOR PAYMENT EVERYTIME . I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE LINK AFTER THE DUE DATE TO PAY THE AMOUNT. THEY EVERYTIME CHARGE ME WITH Rs500 EXTRA . THEY HAVE MADE THIS A BUSINESS TO EXTRACT THIS EXTRA AMOUNT FROM ME EVERYTIME . AND WHEN I TOLD THIS TO THERE EXCECUTIVE , SHE ENSURED THAT THIS EXTRA FEE WILL WAVE OF WITHIN A WEEK . BUT NOTHING HAPPENED AND THEY ARE CALLING ME 20 TIMES A DAY FOR THIS 500 Rs. AND I HAVE TO TELL TO EVERYPERSON MY SAME PROBLEM .
