I am having a complaint against ABFL- Aditya birla finance ltd. bank , customer service agents, and management in regards with foreclosure of my loans.
I am applying for foreclosure letter from last 10 months in ABFL customer care number or through email, but till now I have not received foreclosure letter.
Since July 2021 I have spoken to 6-7 customer care agent for the same issue but your agent ajay informed today, there is no tagging or case id raised by any agent for my request.
Just because of your agents mistake I am getting harassed, each and every time, not getting any solutions.
I am having my own money to close this loan, but you people are useless, not sharing letter.
I have clearly mentioned in each an every email i dont wanna retain with your bank kindly share foreclosure letter via email ASAP, still no resolution found yet .
My loan was processed by Pritam at that time that agent was very helpful but he updated incorrect mobile number, in your system again your agents mistakes, useless people are hired.
I need foreclosure letter with payment details within an hour, I have already informed you agent Ajay but not received any mails yet.
Now I am harassed and frustated like hell from you people so i need 5CR as a harassment charges.
This is how you treat you people???? Actually you are giving pathetic service…

req date16 Dec 2021_Foreclosure letter request via email- -Case id CAS-1756236-R3J7N7 closed without solution.
July 31st 2021 _Foreclosure letter request via email- – closed with out solutions. Case id – CAS-1501041-X9Q3.
