I have paid my EMI but now from 3rd party vendor, my contacts list like friends and family getting harassment calls saying that I have not paid my EMI and using very bad words with them. What rights they are having to get all my contacts and ask them regarding my loan payment. They are putting me down before my friends and family. They damaged my status. What type of action we have to take against them
