Text of Complaint by SHILPA SHARMA:

I have received 100 calls per day regarding Credit Card payment of Rs 1206 /- which they were saying I must pay,First of all I already submitted the form where I was mentioned everything that I am not using any Credit Card since 4 years,I paid outstanding payment which was roughly Rs 88,000 before 3 years without any settlement I paid complete amount you must check in your records,I keep on saying same thing on every call but now it’s beyond my tolerance so I am going to register Harassment case as credit card employees continuously call me unnecessary,So that’s my warning if you can take any initiative regarding the same you can take it else I’ll register complaint against your collection department also I called you twice but you didn’t respond my calls also.
