Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of grave concern regarding the harassment and mental distress I am experiencing as a result of continuous and excessive calls from Excitel Broadband.

its been 120 days that i had disconnected my Excitel Broadband connection and requested the local executive to collect the router from my premises. However, despite numerous attempts and reminders, the executive has failed to pick up the router, leaving me inconvenienced and frustrated.

In addition to the failure to collect the router, I am being subjected to a relentless barrage of phone calls from Excitel Broadband. Their sales team are calling me an alarming 40-45 times a day, with calls occurring every other minute. This constant harassment has severely impacted my daily life, causing significant mental distress and affecting my peace of mind.

I believe that the behavior exhibited by Excitel Broadband qualifies as harassment and goes against the basic principles of professional conduct and customer service. I have made reasonable attempts to address this issue with the company directly, but my concerns have been ignored, exacerbating the situation.

I kindly request your intervention in this matter and urge you to initiate an investigation into the actions of Excitel Broadband. I believe that their continuous harassment and refusal to collect the router constitute a violation of my rights as a consumer and may even be in violation of applicable laws and regulations.

Enclosed with this complaint are copies of relevant communication records, including call logs and any written correspondence, as evidence of the harassment I have been subjected to. I trust that this documentation will assist you in conducting a thorough investigation.

I kindly request that appropriate action be taken against Excitel Broadband to put an end to this harassment and ensure that no other individuals face similar ordeals in the future. Additionally, I request your guidance on the necessary steps to protect my rights and seek redressal in this matter.
