My husband had taken a consumer durable loan from Bajaj finance for an amount of rs 46000 in 2015. The emi for this loan was paid perfectly on time and this loan stands closed in 2016 in the cibil report.
The problem is another fraud loan of rs 77705 is lingering in his name till date. We have given written complaints to bajaj finance through emails in this matter and they have even apologised for the same in their reply mails. They have mailed us thrice, stating that the other false loan was mistakenly linked to my husband’s name and they were trying to delink it from his name. But due to technical glitches they are unable to do so.
We have even complained about the matter to our nearest police station.
Now the recovery agents are harrassing us and threatening us to repay the loan at any cost. They have called up our relatives and have abused them for the same. They have even called up our workplace and have defamed us as fraudsters, for not paying up for a loan which was not taken in the first place.We are under great mental pressure and depression.
