Rupee redee charged penalty of 1000 rps on 2000 rps emi, emi is already paid however continue harassment calls are made to pay the penalty, already informed will pay it while closing the loan but still they are threatening to harassment the family members, when stated this will be taken to court of customer harassment they stated they don’t fear court and any action can be taken against them, please take action as I am just recovering from my heart surgery and this is stressing me out.
