Booked a ride for my aunt who is 60 year+ through ola. Had selected postpaid. The driver harassed my aunt for cash which she paid. Post that i raised a complaint with ola that driver asked for cash inspite of ola money selected and instead of taking action against the driver ola money is been continuously harassing us
