I had taken a loan and failed to make the emi payment on time due to medical emergency of a family member.
Even after providing the hospital documents and informing them I will clear the emi payment in a week they are still not understanding the situation of a person.
Totally unethical on their part.
They are repeatedly calling and sending threat messages.
Kindly look into this and stop this app.
