Hello, My name is Vatsal and i am raising this complaint against paytm postpaid for harassing me every day with multiple number of calls and disturbing my mental peace. Few months back i met with an incident and the issue was i missed my payment for few months which i was not aware of and after getting in touch of Paytm. We had discussion and decided to do the settlement as i asked to waive off the late payment fee due to not my fault in that issue to which Paytm postpaid agreed.
I paid the full principal amount used by me in March 2023, and have emails too from Paytm saying the account will be closed and LPF will be waived off once paid. Which i did and now after 6 months they have started calling me everyday and harassing me about the Late payment fee not paid. Which was supposed to be waived off.
It is actually damaging my mental peace and this thing should be taken care off. I have all the details and have attached the email proof from Paytm postpaid for your reference. Please take actions and ask them not to call me.
