Hello,
I have received a WhatsApp call from agent (seems recovery agent) of Easy Wallet App. One of their client(KETAN SHAH 8788474184 Easy Wallet-M CashPokket 3500) have taken loan from Easy Wallet App.
Easy Wallet’s agent called me on whatsapp and said do you know Ketan Shah and i said no. Then he started using abusive word without giving any chance to look into me contact list. Even that i tried to check my contact list but i know none of my friend name is Ketan Shah.
I told him i don’t that person but still started abusing word & saying i will recover money from you because Ketan shared my mobile number. Then i asked why you sanctioned loan without verifying that contact number is valid or not.
Still he send msg on whatsapp with abusive word.
Recovery agent mobile number – +91-9836923094, even don’t share his name and started abusing just after spoke of 3/4 word.
This is ridiculous. I don’t know how we can report to Easy Wallet APP .
They are seems to be fraud.
beware with this kind of call and organization.
Please take some action if consumrecomplaintscout can take it.
