I was taken loan from rocket loan through dutta rupee app. As per sugation of rocket loan coustomer care service I will paid the full amount in 21/06/22 through QR code. After that the coustomer care service man said me that due to server problem he is unable to update the payment in the app. But still the not updated in the app. Today on 22/06/22 I have received too many harreament call through what’s app for payment and threads me that if I not paid they are spared out privacy adhar card pan card which is submitted in the app during taken loan.
