I have been a customer of the idea for many years. They had not sent me the billing month of july2020. I called customer care about my bill not received yet they said due to lockdown our staff is working from home so that bill is getting late. ok, They sent me a bill of 352 on 26/07/2020. which I had been paid on 28/07/2020. they sent me again Rs.612/- something. I asked the customer care why did you send me a bill, I paid all the bills they said sir you have to pay the amount. Sit tell me how could I paid for six-day uses only. Instead of I did many emails to customer care. no one solved the problem and the bill kept increasing 1130/-. on 23/11/2020 Munish Kumar sent me a mail the was also his contact no. 7838597522, 9811908452I had called Mr. Kirpal picked my phone he said, sir, you have to pay Rs. 770/- rest of the amount will right off this scheme is only today I am sending a link you can pay. and your sim will operational. I paid but my sim was not operational till 3 days again I called customer care they said sir your outstanding amount Rs. 360/ still pending so that your sim can not start I said to him I already paid all the outstanding why are doing like. again I talked to Ms. Pinki she said I am doing but after 3 days my sim started now. But they again calling me or messaging your outstanding amount Rs. 560/- otherwise your sim will be blocked. Sir, I am not understanding why they doing fraud with me.
I would like to request kindly taken action against this teem.
