You guys are harassing me from last 2 days iam trying to connect from 2 days with your customer care but your customer care is too busy. Even I didn’t get a call back from ur side inspite of customer care computerized service said they will call back.
Secondly i felt too much cheated from ur side due to I have recharged for a year and my tatasky recharge was valid up to 14th April 19 but ur company started to stop the channels before validity.
What do you call this behavior should I change the company. Any ways if I didn’t get any response and resolution from ur side with immediate effect I will escalate the same to all other mediums as much I can do.

Hi, as per TRAI direction, following the new Tariff order, service providers will migrate their customers to the best fit plan carrying their key current channels. This process is being done in a phased manner every day to migrate the millions of customers by the 31st March. Each customer has the option of changing their channels and packs at any point in time, before or after the migration.
