Sir,
My name is Kiran Kumar. I have taken a 15000 loan from slice app. I have paid in time. From last one year I haven’t paid due to loose of job. Now they are called my contacts and speaking with abusing language. Please take a action and solve my issue.
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable and harassing behavior of SLICE LOAN recovery agents in relation to my loan of ₹15,000 (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only). Despite my best efforts to communicate and cooperate, your agents have resorted to tactics that are causing significant distress to me and my family.
The agents have been visiting my home without my permission, taking photographs of my property, and harassing my parents for repayment. This behavior is highly inappropriate and has caused undue stress and anxiety to my family members.
I kindly request your immediate intervention to address this matter and ensure that such practices are halted. I also request that all future communications regarding my loan be conducted in a respectful and professional manner.
I hope for a prompt and favorable response to this complaint and a resolution to this issue at the earliest.
