I have certain overdue in my credit card and also there are exaggerated charges and interest charged by bank which is disputed by me. However, the recovery agents are harassing me and my family by using filtering language. My father is heart patient and mother has diabetes and blood pressure and is bed hidden. Inspite of knowing these facts, the recovery agent, stating her name as Zubedha is continuously calling them and threatening them. I am also having health issues and I am not going to office, but the recovery agent Zubedha is calling on my office desk continuously and disturbing my office enviornment too. I have requested them to follow due process of law for recoveries and stop harassing my family and office colleagues but all in vain.
