Sub:- Overdue payment of Credit Cards & Loan EMI
Dear Sir/Mam
With due respect We want to bring to your kind notice that credit card no 8863 & 4862 and loan no 7320 payment are overdue since Oct-22.
I want to bring to your kind notice that my job has ended on 10.09.21 due to lockdown.
I managing from our saving to pay EMI & credit card payment but now since Oct-22 it is very difficult to manager due family health issues. Due to this my financial position go down.
Whenever I have paid minimum amt of both cards & one EMI in the month of Jan-23.
It is my humble request kindly extend my loan period & credit cards over dues for next 12 month till improve my financial position
Whenever I am customer of your bank since 2008. and you can check my track record

I am not a will full defaulter I shall pay all amt which due on me.
Sir we also want to bring to your kind notice that your collection & recovery agents too much torchering and abusing very badly.
Today, call me Shalini M no. 7317345923 for payment and following activities has been given.
1. With loud voice threatening for Legal action
2..FIR
3. Call to my relative
4. Abusing very badly and threatening to received overdues by hruk & cruk
5 appKE BAP KA PAISA HAI JO app NHI DEGA.
As per RBI guide line above mentioned activities are not allowed to any executive.
Kindly consider my request being human ground to see my financial condition and confirm us.
