This is with regard to my personal loan with tata capital loan account number TCFPL0540000011418331 where I missed one loan emi on 05.9.22. Since 10th i am getting calls from +91 80134 22352 where i am being pressurized mentally to pay the emi today 19.9.22.Yet i spoke to customer care representative Mr.Krishna vikas on 17.9.22 at 18602676060 asking for extension till month end to pay my emi for this month , he agreed but he didn’t update it in system.I have emailed on tata customer care email at customercare@tatacapital.com yet no response.
Requesting you to kindly look into the matter and i am getting mentally harassed because of this.
