On the 6th of January 2019, I added rupees 10000 into my phone pe wallet and sent it to my bank account. The amount was sent in 5000 each of two transactions. But the transaction showed pending. On contacting phone pe, they today it would be resolved with in 3 days and by 9th Jan I would be getting my money. When I called on 9th January, they told it would be done by 13th. On 13th when I called they told it on 16th January. And when I called on January 16th,they are telling it to 21st..i am literally harassed in hands of phone pe. I have health issues and the money is very important for my treatment. Please provide me justice
