Ive been their customer since october but i always paid. Its just this december that i wasnt able to pay it due to unreasonable interest and lack of means to pay. Instead of negotiating this is what they usually send me.

Somewhat pissing off.. I’ve been their customer as well and today was my due as well. I’m telling the customer support that i will pay for it once my salary will be received. Those folks we expect to help during our bad days will be the worst pala no. Akala mo naman sa kanila ka may utang kung makapagsalita at magmura.
