I have taken a loan on Navi and I have payed it every month to the best that I can. However, I lost my job and I am unable to make the payment from the month of June. I understand that it is solely my responsibility to pay the loan, I am looking for a job and I have thyroid and other mental issues, which is why I am taking longer time to get a job. I asked them if they can help me and allow me 3 months so that I can get back on my feet. Actually 2 months is also more than enough. However they have continously harassed me and they have called my old mother who is fragile and tired. They have threatened me in every way possible.
Please help me, although it is my responsibility I am unable to keep up with the continous harassment as I am in a very bad mental state.
