Text of Complaint by ambarish:

I had opened a Demat account based on promises that the services will be better. We trusted the person and when things were not ok , we requested them to close the account way back in the year 2019, after repeated follow ups we submitted a online closure form on 28th of may 2020 via email to [email protected]. Despite this no action had been taken and daily reminders to pay them fees which has not escalated to 16600, for reasons well known to them. we hold email transactions and communications we have had with the local franchise as well as the support team. Looking forward for a solution
