This is my final mail warning to Livepure company for all the harassment & cheating done on me
My RO is not working since a month, multiple times engineer visited & told me that PCB is faulty & hence it is capturing wrong reading & water meter is showing zero
I was paying monthly payment for initial 6-7 months where I was not even able to consume 140 litres of water in a month
One fine day I got a call from ur Cust service to pay for 6 month & you will get some discount plus additional water hence I have paid for 6 months at 1 shot
To my utter surprise I could not use the water for even 8 days & machine stopped working, I was polite enough to call tollfree & raised the request however the people there was so rude & said your balance is zero?
I asked how then they had no answer & hanged on me
I again call then 2nd response were some technical error we will get it fixed & again they hanged on me
I called third time & pleaded to get my RO working so he said u hv to pay
I paid 120/-rs & RO was charged with 40 liters, that water finished in a day
I again called up & asked to send some engineer
They send the engineer twice & told sir your PCB is faulty & needs to be replaced or you can get your entire machine replaced
I said to change it but he said I Hv to raise this on customer care
I called up customer care bit again no one is bothered to help me
I hv been literally harassed by LIVEPURE & today if my RO is not been replaced with new one then I will file a formal FIR for harassment & cheating in police, consumer court & in all social media platforms
Make sure someone seniors who has authority to take action to only call me immediately & get this faulty piece of shot replaced else you all will be responsible for the repercussions.
