Dear Sir,
I am an Employee of M/s STUDIO NAVKRTI and maintain my saving account with Kotak Mahindra Bank.My CRN- 348116714. I faced many problems 4 days ago while I am a valuable customer. when I went to Gurgaon and want to pay a shopkeeper by UPI but suddenly was showing on screen that your account had been blocked.
After that facing many unavoidable circumstance was reached in delhi and went to my home branch (Kotak Mahindra Bank Code- 004618 Address:- No 89 Pocket I Behind Apollo Hospital Jasola Delhi Pin Code 110025) in 2nd half on dated 12-June-2023.
I Informed to Branch Staff Mr. Panday and Branch Manager Mr. Deepak regarding my issue after that Mr. Manger said to me don’t worry it will be unblocked and You note down Mr. Pandey phone number +91 8527633441, call him tomorrow, he will get it done.
When Next day I called to Mr. Panday and asked him that why my account has not been unblocked yet? then he told me that you will get a health insurance, an amount of 10-12 thousand then will unblocked . I told him that my mother is medical patient and under treatment, I need the money but not active the account yet.
If any customer’s account will be deactivated due to security or any other reason, then the bank staff will force him to get a insurance first, then your account will be activated.
This means that now the bank staff will do openly fraud in the guise of banking work, in which bank managers will also be involved.
So I request you Please look and kindly resolve my complaint.
