I am writing to you in distress due to the constant harassment of your money collection representatives. On Tuesday 18th June, I received a call from your representative regarding non payment of last months bill which was a meagre Rs 1250. I apologized saying that I must have not received the message as I was out of country. She asked me when would I make the payment and I told her that it would be done the next day ie Wednesday, 19th June. I also told her I would make this months outstanding payment as well eventhough it was due on the 7th of July. Wednesday morning again she calls me and asks me why I still haven’t paid upon which I tell her this day is not over yet I will make the payment as promised. Again she asked me what time will I make the payment. On hearing that I was very upset as for a meagre Rs 1250 she was harassing me so much. I dropped the cheque off at your BKC branch yesterday itself. Again I recieve a call from her this morning saying that you still haven’t paid. She said you are a defaulter and if you are so rich then why aren’t you making the payment and I will keep calling you and harassing you till the payment is not made. I am really disgusted by this approach of your bank representatives. These kinds of personal statements were uncalled for. I would request you to please instruct your employees not to talk like this.
