I am Satish Kundapur from Mumbai. I have received a recovery agent’s call and on some ground they were in to their true mettle how a recovery agent at HDFC need to behave towards a senior citizen with no connection whatsoever on some loan being given to a so called known person namely Ms. Kalpana Shirali under JUST a reference which was a surprise how manipulative in the HDFC Banking system and how easily HDFC Bank victimizes an innocent person like me to use for purpose that too using such low breaded staff members?
When I was terrorized by HDFC collection criminals, I had to rush to the nearest Bank and requested my account manager to attend such atrocities being done on a person who happens to know nothing about this transaction. Neither I vouched, nor recommended, or any evidence that can substantiate your claim. Sad, truly sad, even your own branch office did not think it necessary to intervene or made any effort to reach out to nodal officer.
Harassment lasted with an additional 20 plus calls and finally had to seek the police help. Post intervention of the Police dept, another barrage of calls started booming using the best of HDFC recovery language. There was an attempt earlier too sometime 2-3 years back and I had to delegate my advocate to handle this which ended up with an apology.
Although, there are 26,000 plus cases are featuring in Consumer court against HDFC bank which tops amongst the rest for all wrong reasons. An additional one case may simply don’t make much of a difference to your culture anyway. Last but not least, the girls and a boy namely Asmita/Archita, Dimple, Dipal and Deepak shall face the extortion case independently. A police verification report is enclosed here with. I think, it is a show time and this will set a true example rest assured against your atrocities on senior
citizens.
