Sir, with due respect I want to submit this complaint of cheating. I received a call on 1st June 2021 regarding online captcha work which is under ELBIT SOLUTIONS. A person contacted me through whatsapp number 8338915162 and told me the work details and terms and conditions saying that “you have to complete the work in 7 days total 6300 captcha entries out of 7000.and if you do not complete the work we won’t pay you the money”.After that they sent me an agreement and forced me to sign but without any knowledge about the company I signed on it. I provide my aadhar card details.they sent me the link for signing via email and I signed on it without knowledge. After that, they provide me the login details and password. I started doing the work and they daily sent me report of my work after three days they didn’t sent me the report of my work and I tried calling them and sent messages but they didn’t respond to any of them.Then I came to a conclusion that it might be fraud, then I stopped doing the work. And today ie 10th June 2021 they sent me an email saying that they filed a complaint under the section 73,74 and 420 against me on agreement breaching. The mail was sent with the details of ADV NAVEEN SHARMA and mobile number 8342021307.When I called to the above number he asked me to pay 8650/- rupees via google pay by 12:45pm.but I didn’t sent the money after that he called me to sent the money and said if we didn’t pay the money he will proceed legally and will send court notiCe.iwas so scared about it and blocked his number. I request the government to take legal steps against those persons.
