I had purchased some product from Snapdeal but they sent a completely different product regarding which I requested for return but the delivery man from ecomex said the product do not match with the image so they can’t take it back but I figured they are just trying to get away with it so i tried calling customer care but instead of listening they started to use vulgar language and words. Never had such horrible experience. Shouldn’t rely on Snapdeal they scam people and if complained they get away with it by their cheap tactics and harassing customers.
