Dear team,
I am receiving daily company calls from your network regarding different recharge packs.. Its has truely become an harassment now.. Please stop this kind of marketing phone calls as I will myself go to your app and check if I will need any assistance regarding recharges. If this kind of torture do not stop, I will be forced to PORT my number to another network.
Also have some Customers Care agents, as going through IVR options is such a waste of your valuable customers time. You are saving money by wasting our (airtel customers’) time. If Amazon can provide Customer support via Calls and Chatting both, why cant you ?
