collection people are forcing me to pay the installment amount when i have clearly told will pay after 5 days. i have not received the settlement letter yet but still being forced to pay online. also getting calls to my sister and father and using abusive language with them regarding the payment. with this complaint i am attaching screenshot of the calls received by my sister.
