I have took a loan from Aurora Cash for emergency, On 02/11/2023 I have paid my existing loan amount like 3500 to their UPI ID provide by app (like sstradingcompany121@sbi, Name show Ss Trading Company), after successful repayment of existing loan, within a second automatic process a new loan, but I have not applied for any new loan, and disbursed amount on my account like Rs.8400 and show loan amount (repayment)is Rs.14000. Due to this fact auto credit by Aurora Cash loan on bank account, I have closed my bank account on 03/11/2023 because I want that next time when I will pay my existing amount, auto loan process and auto credit in my account is not done as earlier. After few days (before 7 day’s they ask for payment) on 07/11/2023 I have paid my existing amount Rs.14000 to their UPI ID provide by app (like sstradingcompany121@sbi, Name show Ss Trading Company), and after successful payment Aurora Cash App automatic process the loan and credit, due to my bank account closed, process followed with the app till now and no amount credit, but today, 18/11/2023 they calls and messaging that I have took loan Rs. 9600 and repayment amount Rs.18000, I said them that I have paid earlier loan amount and then I have not applied for any new loan and no money credited on my bank account due to on 03/11/2023 closed my bank account, they forced me and said nude pic will be viral on my contact list. After a while I see some nude pictures sent to person and half of contact list, and then messaging and calls whole day, I denied that can’t took any loan and same not credit on my account.
Please look into this matter and strong action against Aurora Cash. This is third time I have submit my complain.
