My number 8248097020 got ported to Airtel on 18 oct but I was unable to use data services. After 5 days of toiling and multiple complaints on 121,I was asked to go to showroom to get my data working. I went to the showroom and Mr Balaji took my sim and promised that he will personally deliver the sim at my place. He promised that it will work within 2 days i.e. by 26. But nothing worked. On Monday he promised that it will work on Wednesday (31 Oct). Nothing got sorted out and I was told I couldn’t port to other network before 90 days as per TRAI regulations. I feel undue advantage is being taken by Airtel under TRAI norms harassing its customers.
