I am an Airtel consumer , I use the broadband and phone services of Airtel , I have made several calls and requests to Airtel Customer services but have been directed to a local Airtel staff called Gopal Mondol ( now a Team lead in whitefield) , who had cheated me in the past by giving me wrong information regarding broadband packages , made me change my connection frequently so that he could benefit from more connections as a part of incentive program from Airtel , I had complaint last year but of no avail . I stay at the Prestige Shantiniketan apartment in Whitefield , Bengaluru . Recently I applied for Airtel digital TV connection (service request number 34392702) , Service engineer Mr Prajwal’s number 7760928995 was assigned to take care of the installation but he has been stopped by Gopal Mondol , the local team lead not to install the connection in my house , Its sheer harassment for a old consumer and Airtel is equally responsible for this , I need help please ,
