Dear Sir,
I downloaded AI credit App through Google play store and tried applying a loan, however I did not get any loan agreement from them and deleted the App later. All of a sudden INR 9000 was credit to my account I tried finding out where that money came from could not trace it. I thought it is the money from EPF account cause I also applied for PF withdrawal.
After 7 days I started getting calls from International and Indian numbers asking for the payment of 15000 Rupees, these agents where very abusive and they black mailed me that they contact my from my contact lists and share obscene videos images.
As I thought I used the money unknowingly, I made three payments of INR 5000 each on the next day. However it’s been more than ten days since I made the payment. But I am still getting threatening calls from AI agents it is very disturbing and affecting my personal and professional life as I am not able to concentrate on routine work.
Requesting you to please assist me with this and others, it seems this is an illegal app and they do not follow any RBI guidelines as they start payment recovery calls after 7 days of payments, they keep changing the numbers and call from international numbers.
