I borrowed loan , i repaid, still they r uploading and sharing my vulgar pics to my family and friends and harassing me

I have paid my loan on full payment on date 19 of july 2022,and still its on pending,i called one of them and they blocked my number,her name is pravita from spice nepal,and i cant reach any of the customer care,i cant eat or sleep thinking what they will do,please do something
