Subject: Complaint Regarding Unfair Loan Processing and Harassment by Ramnfincorp

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Anshpreet kaur I, am filing this complaint against Ramnfincorp for unfair practices, harassment, and unjustified demands made after the loan processing was initiated by them. Despite being informed that I was not eligible for the loan, the company proceeded with the loan application, and now they are demanding a double repayment.
I initially inquired about a loan with Ramnfincorp and was told that I was not eligible for the loan.

However, despite this, Ramnfincorp proceeded with processing the loan without my clear consent or further authorization.

Now, after the loan has been disbursed, they are demanding an unjustified double repayment, which was never communicated to me at the time of loan approval.this company application is removed from playstore as I check but still they do unfair practices to recover their amount .and they told me that they will send a representative to my home adress to recover the payment .this company charges 40%rate of interest and provide the loan only for 25 days which is very unfair according to RBI guidelines.

The company has also harassed me with multiple phone calls, pressuring me to repay a higher amount than agreed upon.I believe this is a case of unfair trade practice, and I have been misled and harassed by Ramnfincorp. I request the Consumer Forum to:

1. Investigate the loan processing and the actions of Ramnfincorp in processing a loan after initially declaring me ineligible.

2. Ensure that the company does not charge me any amount higher than what was initially agreed upon.

3. Take appropriate action against Ramnfincorp for their unfair practices and harassment.

4. Order the company to stop the repeated phone calls and pressure tactics they have been using to demand payment
Attached are copies of communication with the company, call records, and any other relevant information to support my complaint.

I kindly request the Consumer Forum to take immediate action on this matter and provide me with justice.
