Hi, I had downloaded the app to check the loan rates and tenure however without disclosure loan amount was credited with high interest rate. On the same date I had emailed to the registered ID regarding the same and reversal of the amount but no response received till date.
In addition I have been getting threats and abusive phone calls daily. Inspite of informing that I have registered a formal complain with the company and will pay only when that is addressed but still it continued
This has affected my well being and also how can they use personal data without my permission
