Text of Complaint by Pranav:

I am filing this complaint regarding harassment by the loan app Rupee112.

I have an ongoing loan with them and I have repeatedly informed the company that I am facing temporary financial difficulties and need time to repay. Instead of providing a revised repayment plan, they have been sending recovery agents to my residence without prior notice.

The agent who visited behaved inappropriately and caused distress. He stated that he would return again, despite my request to communicate only in writing. This behaviour is intimidating and unacceptable.

I am willing to resolve the dues when I am financially able, but physical visits, intimidation, and harassment are not appropriate methods of recovery for unsecured digital loans.

I request that:

Rupee112 stop sending agents to my residence.

All communication be done in writing only.

The harassment be addressed appropriately.

I am submitting this complaint for documentation and public awareness, as I am concerned about the unsafe and unethical recovery practices being used.
