I had taken a loan from ocash on 22nov of 3000 rupees in which I got 2250 and my due date was on 1dec but i couldn’t pay it on 1st dec but on 2nd dec i got a call from that you have to pay your amount in one minute otherwise we are going to call and SMS your contacts numbers one by one so I said I will do the payment don’t worry they were like do it instantly as I was in job I came home and started doing the payment which was 3250 I guess with interest and late fine for one day its 200 which is really huge but due to some circumstances the payment failed and i informed them about the issue so they were so rude as if like I was fooling them then they gave me threats and said send your atm front and back photo which is against policy but I couldn’t oppose them so I send it but they also tried and the same happened payment I guess it was bank server issues and they told me to arrange from someone else but how can I arrange it in short time if I could arrange would I have taken loan from them they are now talking rudely their behavior is not good they give threats and harassing mentally please kindly look over this because this isn’t good. For those who are willing to pay the loan but due to some issues not able to pay
