I took a loan from moneytap due to my medical conditions I am not able to pay the dues. I never denied them all I asked them is for time. But they keep calling my parents and abuse the and threaten and harass them to pay the money. I have also mailed the support to discuss the issues, they did not responded back. Also, they have been neglecting RBI guidelines and claim they do not consider those guidelines
