I installed app to check eligibility later it asked all documents without showing loan eligibility tracu application processed loan mean while I sent loan cancellation mail to the I’d provided by app by 12.06pm on 25th of may but they didnt approaching or checking
my loan cancellation request transferred amount rs3850 by 12.46pm on 25th may in app total loan amount is 7000 immediately I repaid the amount through upi I’d rs3850 and sent mails to the same I’d with all documents but today they sent text messages and threatening me via what’s app and harassing me to pay balance.
