I’ve taken a loan of rs 10000 I’ve paid the dues on time until the previous month..this month despite some bank issues I was unable to pay the amount the recovery team agent Mr Rohan Sharma (087999 16130) texted and called speaking in a abusive manner.. they even called my contact lists send my kyc video via whatsapp which is moreover not even my reference numbers which I’ve provided in the app besides this I’ve get threatening calls that if i don’t pay before a particular time they would sent threatening calls and messages to more contacts from my phone this is intolerable and beyond limits this is illegal that they use my personal datas beyond the rbi guidelines…they defamed me in front of my family and friends..I’m in the verge of suicide..pls do the needful
