That Today that is 08th august, 2023, they crossed their limits by coming to my house without
informing me and start asking for money from my wife and father, he is a heart patient. Forced her without any consent to talk his collection manager (Manoj +918010076169) and forced her for payment. Prabhajit singh daily visits to my home and workplace without any authority letter and forced me to make payment. Prabhjit Singh’s action is punishable under section 350, of Indian PenalcCode, 1872. The collection manager that is Manoj given threat to me that Prabhjit singh will be come to your Home/Workplace daily until clears all the dues. (Jb tak payment ni hoga Prabhajit yaha aata rahega tum se jo ho kr lo kuch ni kr skhte tum), if anything happens to my family in my absence then Prabhajit Singhcand Manoj will be responsible for that. Please look into the matter as soon as possible otherwise I have to take legal action against them. As per RBI guidelines I already share by preferred location to them. Kindly ask them to meet me at my preferred location otherwise I will file complaint to RBI and even I will file criminal complaint against them.
