Siddhartha Das (Collection Manager) Tata Capital Financial Services Ltd. visited to my office address yesterday 17/07/2023 and had a conversation with security guard and forced him for the payment dues and also threatened him that he’ll talk to my HR and Boss for the payment. As per the RBI Guidelines I already send him preferred location and they still not following the rules. Please take strict action againt him as soon as possible.
