I have taken 13500 from mpokket (jalan chemical pvt ltd).Due to unavailability of number i was unable to pay the loan amount on time and now it has been 26000 they are asking me to pay with penalty and interest .There is no offer of settlement by the company or waiver by the company .I had emailed many times to their customer support but no reply from their side and i had request many times to their customer support team to waive my penalty and interest so that i can pay .Due to unavailability of me as i am out of country that’s why i am unable to pay because they need otp to pay .That’s why i was unable to pay but now they are pushing me to pay full amount of 26000 .Please help me for the solution and update my cibil score also.
