I am writing this review because of my horrible experience at the movie theatre cubic mall, the staff is extremely rude and they have no idea how to handle customers, I had booked a ticket at 3 PM today 2 adults and my daughter is just 3 years old, the staff argued at the entry that since my daughter is 3 years I will have to buy a ticket for her I said who made this role and amongst Covid how can a person make their children sit separately at that age , she is a toddler aged 3 years, I told them get me a ticket in the same seating area they said we can’t ultimately I took refund and came back now I will take this up as legal compliant against Mr. Devendra who thinks he is the owner of this theatre.
